Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains how refunds work for Collabnb subscription fees and for payments made in connection with a host–creator collaboration. It supplements our Terms of Service, which governs fees generally.

Creator Subscriptions

Creator Plus subscription fees are non-refundable except as follows:

Yearly Plan Guarantee — if you're on the yearly Creator Plus plan and don't secure at least one confirmed collaboration during your subscription term, you may request a refund of that subscription fee, subject to the conditions in our Terms of Service (reasonable outreach shown, request made after the term ends, only collaborations confirmed through Collabnb's contract system count, and the request is made within 14 days of the term ending to hellocollabnb@gmail.com).

This guarantee does not apply to the monthly Creator Plus plan or to one-time lifetime access purchases — those fees are final once charged.

Host Fees & Collaboration Payments

Where a host sends payment through Collabnb for a collaboration, funds are held before being forwarded to the creator. Payouts are subject to a 48-hour hold window during which either party may raise a dispute about whether the collaboration was fulfilled as agreed.

If a dispute is raised within that window, we review it and may pause, reverse, or release the payout depending on the outcome. Once a payout has cleared the hold window and been released, Collabnb generally cannot reverse it directly — from that point, recourse is through your card issuer or payment provider's standard dispute/chargeback process.

Listing fees, commissions, and service fees charged directly by Collabnb (as opposed to funds passed between host and creator) are non-refundable once the associated service has been provided, except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund or Raise a Dispute

Email hellocollabnb@gmail.com with your account email, the payment or subscription in question, and what happened. We review requests case by case and will respond with our decision.

Legally Required Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.
