Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Collabnb, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including creators and hosts, and govern your use of all Collabnb services.
Platform Overview
Collabnb connects content creators with hospitality hosts seeking promotional content. We provide tools for discovery, communication, and collaboration management.
Collabnb is not a direct party to agreements between users and does not guarantee outcomes or results.
User Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
User Responsibilities
Creators agree to provide accurate profiles and deliver agreed content professionally. Hosts agree to provide accurate listings and honor agreed compensation or stay terms.
Both parties are responsible for clear communication, fulfilling agreements, and maintaining professional conduct.
Collaborations & Agreements
All collaborations are agreements between creators and hosts. Collabnb may provide tools to structure these agreements but is not responsible for enforcing them.
Users are solely responsible for fulfilling deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms.
Payments & Fees
Collabnb may charge listing fees, commissions, or service fees as outlined on the platform. By using the service, you agree to these fees.
Payments are handled through third-party providers, and Collabnb is not responsible for processing errors.
Creator Yearly Plan Guarantee
Creator Plus subscribers on the yearly plan may request a refund of their subscription fee if they do not secure at least one confirmed collaboration during their subscription term, subject to all of the following:
(a) You must show reasonable outreach — sending pitch or application messages to hosts through the platform;
(b) Refund requests may only be made after your subscription term has fully ended, not part-way through;
(c) Only collaborations confirmed through Collabnb's contract system count. If a conversation was moved off-platform and the outcome was never brought back to be confirmed here, we cannot verify what happened and no refund will be granted;
(d) Cancelling or downgrading your subscription before the term ends forfeits this guarantee;
(e) You must contact us at hellocollabnb@gmail.com within 14 days of your subscription term ending — requests made after this window will not be considered.
This guarantee applies only to the yearly Creator Plus subscription. It does not apply to the monthly plan, one-time lifetime access purchases, or host fees.
Content & Usage Rights
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant hosts usage rights as defined in each collaboration agreement.
By posting content on Collabnb, you grant us a limited license to display and promote content within the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in fraudulent behavior, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass platform systems or fees.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Disputes & Liability
Collabnb is not responsible for disputes between users but may offer limited support at its discretion.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or unmet expectations resulting from platform use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if users violate these Terms or harm the platform.
Users may stop using the platform and delete their account at any time.
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of any updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
